Auditing Stress Costs

What is a Stress Audit?

The Stress Audit determines the actual costs of corporate stress drivers. The stress-related costs of corporate-wide health care, for instance, along with its specific stress-related drivers, are estimated in bottom-line dollars A Stress Audit calculates the stress-related costs of group health care, workers' compensation, disability (long- and short-term), absenteeism, presenteeism, turnover, and organizational asynchrony, along with their specific root cause drivers. A Stress Audit calculates the corporate-wide cross silo costs of stress and identifies the economic impact of their root cause drivers. The information from the Stress Audit provides the basis for realistic cost-benefit analyses of any proposed stress-remediation strategies.
