Some companies bounce back from adversity more quickly than others and it’s not by chance. Resilient companies view the workforce as an asset rather than an expense and understand that a healthy work force makes for a healthy company. These basic attitudes are reflected in many ways.

Find your company’s SRQ by indicating how much of the time a given statement below is true of your company, 1 for Never, 5 for Always with in between numbers indicating somewhere in between.
