You can make yourself more stress resilient by improving your health behaviors, modifying your lifestyle, and building up your financial, social, personal & spiritual resources for coping with stress.
Indicate how often each of these statements is true of you. 1 is for NEVER, 5 is for ALWAYS. 2, 3 and 4 are in between. Be sure to answer every item.
